Rock Warriors win Niles title

The Rock Athletic Club Warriors 12U baseball team from Cass County took first place in the Niles Tournament held Saturday and Sunday.

The Warriors fought an uphill battle on the second day of the tournament as they defeated the No. 1 seed Niles Shockers 12-5 in bracket play earning them a spot in the championship game.

The Warriors then defeated the LaPorte Outlaws 7-5 in the title game.
