Bear Cave Resort hosts Niles author

BUCHANAN — Bear Cave Resort, 4085 Bear Cave Road, Buchanan, will be hosting an open house 2 to 7 p.m. Saturday in the River Front Lodge.
Local author Kent Kaiser will sign book and discuss his recently published memoir, “Hard Way Back,” at 4 and 7 p.m.
His memoir depicts heart-stopping adventure tales from Alaska and New Zealand, including a Kodiak brown bear attack.
Also revealing why he was chased across the globe by a U. S. special agent and jailed in a foreign country carrying potential penalties of 52 years in prison and more than $2 million in fines from trumped up charges and above all, his inspiring spiritual journey.
This event is free and open to the public.
