BUCHANAN — The Buchanan soccer team played to a 2-2 draw with Michigan Lutheran Monday afternoon in a non-conference contest.

After a scoreless first half, Buchanan got goals from Kevin Day with 37:28 left on the clock with the assist of Alex Swem. Brent Brown scored with 31:28 remaining in the match to stake the Bucks to a 2-0 lead.

Michigan Lutheran scored a goal with 10 minutes and then got the tying goal on a penalty kick with 7:40 showing on the clock.

The Bucks held a 12-9 advantage in shots on goal.
