Charles W. “Chuck” Stevenson, 80, of Shelburn, Ind., formerly of South Bend, Ind., died at 3 p.m. on Monday, May 8, at Regional Hospital, in Terre Haute, Ind.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, at The Friendly Grove Baptist Church in Lewis, Ind., with the Rev. Harold Thomas officiating. Interment will be at Friendly Grove Cemetery with Military Graveside Rites.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the church.
