NILES - Due to sewer repairs in the 13th block, Oak Street will be closed today from 13th through 17th streets, according to Neil Coulston, director of Public Works.
Traffic is being redirected on a detour to keep most out of the residential areas. The work being done by Northern Construction Services Corp. is expected to be finished at the end of the day, Coulston said.
Only local residents between 14th and 17th will be still able to travel in the restricted area.
