David James Meader, 80, of Meadowbrook Road, Eau Claire, died on Tuesday April 11, at the Dowagiac Nursing Home, following an illness.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements were made by Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Services, of Niles.
