Elsie F. Dougan Allen, 79, of Monroe Street, Niles, died at 4:38 p.m. on Saturday, March 4, at her home, following an extended illness.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7, at Halbritter Funeral Home, in Niles, with Jennifer Fiero, Lay Speaker of Grace United Methodist Church, officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Respite Home Care or Hospice of Berrien County.
