Suzanne McKee passed away peacefully September 27, 2024 in Indianapolis, IN.
She was born on December 15, 1934 in Paw Paw, Michigan to Claire and Lydia Webb McKee. Her parents, brother, Claire McKee, Jr, sister-in-law Mary Young McKee, and nephew Claire Heath McKee are deceased.
Surviving are nieces Cary Ann Graham, Mary Helen Conley and McKee cousins in Paw Paw, and Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Suzanne received a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics, and worked in Management training at LS Ayres Department Store and Business Design Coordination at Business Furniture Corporation.
She was also employed by Indianapolis Power and Light, where she worked in House Services School Programs (kitchen equipment & lighting application) and Adult programs (equipment and lighting application) She was active in Home Economists in business, American Home Economics Association, Business Women’s Association, and Quilting groups.

She was active in the Broadway Methodist Church Singles group and serviced on the Church Board.
She was a member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church where she served faithfully for many years, ushered, was active in the Sowers Garden, and served on the Church Board.
Her many interests included quilting, music, and traveling. Sue was a Master Gardner, who enjoyed tending the landscape that surrounded her home.She will be laid to rest by her family in Niles, Michigan.
