Shelby Louis Schantz died shortly after birth on Thursday, Feb. 23, at St. Joseph Hospital, South Bend, Ind.
Private services will be held on Monday, Feb. 27, at Mission Hills Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. Larry Settle officiating. Entombment will be at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens, Niles.
Memorial donations, in her memory, may be made to Riley's Childrens Hospital.
Arrangements were by Brown Funeral Home, in Niles.
