Doris Mae Carlsen, 91, of Edwardsburg, formerly of Dowagiac, went to sleep in Jesus on June 4, 2024.
Her life began on May 15, 1933, in Wichita, Kansas.
Preceding her in death were her husband of 57 years, Dr. Richard A. Carlsen.
Surviving are her 4 children: Steven (Alma) Carlsen, Dianna (Paul) Runnals, Cindy (Darryl) Kotanko, and Carol (Robert) King; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Doris’s life will be held 6 p.m. on Friday, June 28, at Dowagiac Seventh-day Adventist Church, 410 Hill St. Arrangements were entrusted to Clark Chapel and Cremation Services, Dowagiac.
