SOUTH HAVEN — The Cassopolis golf team edged Saugatuck by two strokes to win the Hawkshead Friendly Wednesday.

The Rangers shot 166, while Saugatuck shot 168. Dowagiac finished sixth with a 190, while Buchanan was eighth with a 224.

Paw Paw’s Tyler Klett took medalist honors as he fired a 37.

Cassopolis was led by Alan Wegner and Trystan Grant, both of whom shot 40.

Dane Spagnoli and Travis Rehborg led the Chieftains as they both finished with a 45.
