Brandywine rallies to top Lakeshore, remains undefeated

STEVENSVILLE — Visiting Brandywine remained undefeated with a 55-44 non-conference boys basketball victory over Lakeshore Tuesday night.
The Bobcats (3-0) had to rally from a nine-point halftime deficit to remain undefeated.
The host Lancers (0-1) led 16-12 after the opening quarter and 29-20 at halftime. Brandywine outscored Lakeshore 35-15 in the final 16 minutes of play.
Jamier and Jaremiah Palmer scored a combined 29 of Brandywine’s 55 points. Jamier Palmer led all scorers with 15 points. The Bobcats also got 10 points from Byron Linley and seven points from Nylen Goins.
Lakeshore was led by Cohen Hurdle and Alex Toothman, who both scored 10 points.
The Bobcats are back in action Friday night as they host Berrien Springs in their Lakeland Conference opener.
