Two events will help fund Niles Project Graduation

NILES - Niles High School Project Graduation is hosting a pair of upcoming events to raise money for a gift to be presented to the senior class following graduation ceremonies May 25.
The Faculty Hoops Basketball Game, which includes teachers from all Niles schools, will be played on Monday, Feb. 20 at 7 p.m. at Niles High School. The cost is $3 for adults and $2 for students. Athletic passes will not be accepted for admission.
A Family Night Dinner will be held on the evening of March 11, from 4 to 7 at St. Mary's Hall, 217 S. Lincoln in Niles. The main menu will include chicken, fish, hot dogs and some wild game, including venison. The cost for dinner is $8 per person, or $15 for two, and $5 for seniors over 62 and kids 12 and under. The event will also feature a silent auction from 4 to 6 p.m.

The gift to the graduating class is kept a secret until the spring ceremony. Project Graduation gifts in the past have included a trip to Cedar Point.
