NILES - The two subjects in the armed robbery of the Hardee's restaurant, 734 S. 11th St., last Sunday, Dec. 11, were arraigned in a Berrien County Court room this week.
Floyd and Payne are scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, Dec. 20 for a preliminary hearing.
Merriman said the suspects background and criminal history would be looked at in determining their sentences.
