Lou Ann Kendall, 64, of Dowagiac, passed away, Monday, Feb. 3, 2020, at the Timbers of Cass County in Dowagiac.
A celebration of life service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 7, 2020, at Clark Chapel, 405 Center St., Dowagiac, with Pastor Justin Shepard officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in Lou Ann’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society. Lou Ann was born June 29, 1955, in South Bend, to Paul and Marie (Yoder) Hunsberger. She met the love of her life, Edward “Ed” Hall, more than 30 years ago, who has been by her side ever since. Lou Ann was known as a hard worker and loved people, that was shown through her love as a cook and working at many nursing homes. In her spare time, she loved riding motorcycles and traveling the country with Ed. Most of all she loved her family and will be greatly missed.
Lou Ann is survived by her long-time companion, Ed Hall; son, Troy (Rachel) Hunsberger; grandchildren, Alexandria, Jessica and Ethan Hunsberger; siblings, Jo Ann Farmer and Harold Hunsberger.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Gene Hunsberger, Andy Hunsberger and Angus Hunsberger.
