Jackson

On July 13, Rebecca K. Jackson and Rev. Robert E. Jackson celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at Coulter’s Chapel Fellowship Hall in Niles.

The two were married on July 12, 1969, at Grace United Methodist Church in Niles. Robert’s father, Rev. Gordon Jackson, married the two.

Now, Robert is a pastor for First Church of God, of Niles, and Rebecca is the church’s secretary.

The Jacksons have three children: Annette McCreary, Amy Jones and Anthony Jackson.

They have four grandchildren: David McCreary, Meagan McCreary, Andrew Jackson and Adam Jackson.

They have one great-grandchild: Gavin McCreary.
