BUCHANAN — Devin Robbins, the 2019 Mr. Buchanan, graduated last Tuesday from Buchanan Virtual Academy.

He received 10-year honors for his participation with 4-H. Students must complete 4-H projects every year from third to 12th grade. Doing so makes a student eligible for 4-H scholarships.

Robbins, who has been a member of the St. Joseph County 4-H in Indiana since 2005, was one of under 100 high school students who received the honor this year.
