NILES — The Niles Garden Club and the Four Flags Garden club visited the Chicago Botanical Garden for its June meeting. They met at 8:30 a.m. to take the bus to Chicago.

Member Doreen Sector said it was a beautiful morning until the group arrived at Chicago. Then, it decided to rain.

So, the group took two tram tours to avoid the rain. Afterwards, the group had lunch in the garden’s café.

It is a beautiful garden, with many flowers in bloom, said Sector.
