Spring recycling events to take place across Berrien County

BERRIEN COUNTY — The Berrien County Parks Department will help to host several spring recycling opportunities.
Here is a list of upcoming recycling dates:
• 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 10 at Lake Michigan College
This event, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Day, invites people to bring their household chemicals, magazines, catalogs and books and personal document shredding and more. For a fee, electronics, such as computer monitors and televisions will be accepted. Those interested can see a list of accepted items at the Berrien County Parks Department website.
• 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 18 at Southeast Berrien County Landfill Recycle Center
This is an opportunity to recycle household chemicals, electronics and document shredding.
• 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 16 at the New Buffalo Township Fire Station
People can bring their household chemicals and electronics for recylcling.
