Janette Irene Ferrier, 92, of Allegan, formally of Dowagiac, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2019.
A private memorial service will be this upcoming spring. Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery in Dowagiac, she will be laid to rest next to her son.

Janette was born Jan. 5, 1927, to James and Iva (McCleary) Ibbotson in Dowagiac. She married the late Andrew Diamond. She then married the late Robert Ferrier.
Janette was amazing at crocheting; she was known for her beautiful afghans that she made for everyone. She also had a love for animals, she would love them all as her own. Most of all she cherished the moments spent with her family and friends and was always ready to give you a big ole hug.
Janette is survived by her siblings, James, Marion, Barb, and Thomas (Ibbotson) and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is proceeded in death by her parents; son Lloyd Diamond; first husband Andrew Diamond; second husband Robert Ferrier; and siblings Floyd, Burt, Pearl, Hannah, Betty, Harriet and Madge.
