THREE RIVERS — Visiting Dowagiac made a first-half goal stand up in a 1-0 Wolverine Conference soccer victory over Three Rivers Wednesday night.
Dylan Elmore scored the lone goal of the match off an assist by Gustavo Cruz.
The Chieftains outshot the Wildcats 13-4.
Dowagiac is back in action on Monday when it hosts Comstock in a non-conference match.
