Michigan State University Extension to host a Jumpstart Soil Health Field Day

CONSTANTINE — Michigan State University Extension will host a Jumpstart Soil Health Field Day event from 5 to 8 p.m. Aug. 23, at the Henry Miller Farm located at 17613 Fairchild Road, Constantine.
The event will be an opportunity for producers and agribusiness professionals to hear about the latest research on tillage and soil health for soybean production systems, including site-specific tillage recommendations, hands-on training in techniques for soil health assessment and a demonstration of Our-Sci soil carbon scanning technology.
There is no charge for attending the event, but pre-registration is encouraged. A meal will be offered at the event free of charge.
