Children share what they love about their fathers for Father’s Day

NILES — To recognize local father for the upcoming Father’s Day holiday Sunday, the Niles Daily Star asked local youth to share a few things about their dads. One family answered the calling and had a few things to say about their dad, David Kenney.

What makes you proud of your dad? When he acts in plays.
What does your dad do for his job? He works on dialysis machines.
What’s a fun activity that you like to do with your dad? I like it when we can act in plays together.
How will you celebrate your dad this Father’s Day? I plan on cooking him breakfast. It will probably be toast and eggs.

What does your dad do for his job? My dad fixes dialysis machines for his job.
What is something your dad always says to you? He calls me squirrel.
What’s a fun activity that you like to do with your dad? I like it when we can go on dates to Fazoli’s, just the two of us.
How will you celebrate your dad this Father’s Day? He likes chocolate, so I will probably buy him some Snicker’s with my babysitting money.
