NILES — The YMCA of Southwest Michigan is hosting Discovery Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 21, at the Niles-Buchanan YMCA lobby. This month’s presentation will be given by Thomas Marullo, PhD, professor of Russian at the University of Notre Dame.

The presentation is titled “United States/Russia Relations: Where We Are and How We Got There.”

This scholarly discussion will focus on why the United States is in a situation of heightened tensions with Russia not seen since the Cold War.
