MIDLAND — John Kessler, EVP and senior trust officer at Chemical Bank, announced that David Mayer Jr., the first vice president and program manager of Chemical Financial Advisors, has been named as one of the Top 25 Program Managers by Bank Investment Consultant.
“As we continue to expand our wealth management services into new markets, the Financial Advisor program continues to thrive,” Kessler said. “This recognition is a testament to the growth of the program under Dave’s leadership for the past 21 years.”
Mayer helped launch the Financial Advisors program at Chemical Bank in 1996. Since its inception, Chemical Financial Advisors has grown to serve every Chemical Bank branch with registered investment professionals who provide financial planning and investment and insurance products. Mayer credits the program’s success to the talented team of advisors who are committed to the program and its mission of providing exceptional service and long-term relationships with clients.
Mayer was selected as number 16 in the Top 25 Program Managers of 2017. The honorees were ranked on several criteria, including the number of advisors they oversee, team assets under their management and percentage growth in team production and production per advisor.
