Cassopolis scored 27 runs on 14 hits and took advantage of 15 New Buffalo errors in sweeping the visiting Bison 15-1 and 12-2.

Both BCS Athletic Conference games lasted five innings.

Nikki Keefe tossed a two-hitter with nine strikeouts and just one walk in the opening game for the Rangers.

Kayla Rowan and Keefe both had two of the 15 Cassopolis hits.

Maile Barber doubled and drove in four runs for the Rangers, who also got two RBIs from Lynnzee Armstrong.

Olivia Purlee picked up the win in the nightcap as she tossed a one-hitter with seven strikeouts.

Barber, Keefe and Kiersten Hartsell all doubled for the Rangers. Barber drove in four runs in the contest.
