Kemner Iott Benz named
a 2016 Cool Place to Work
ADRIAN, MICHIGAN — Kemner Iott Benz recently announced that it was recently selected as one of the 2016 Cool Places to Work in Michigan.
The annual list and rankings of “Cool Places to Work” was created by Crain’s Detroit Business and Best Companies Group in 2013. This year’s list was published by Crain’s Detroit Business on Aug. 29.
The Cool Places to Work in Michigan survey and award program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Michigan, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses.
As part of the Cool Places to Work in Michigan selection process, each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics are reviewed and an employee experience survey is conducted.
The combined scores of these two elements are then used to determine the top organizations and the final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings.
“It is an honor for our agency to be recognized as one of the Cool Places to Work in Michigan,” said Dan Iott, CEO of Kemner Iott Benz. “We truly believe that our employees are integral to our success and we value them highly. These are the principles that we strive to reflect in our work environment and company culture. As such, it is very meaningful to be recognized by the Cool Places to Work in Michigan program alongside other great Michigan companies.”
