Vikes drop 5-1 decision to Rams

NILES - Niles' varsity soccer team dropped a 5-1 decision to South Haven Saturday in non-divisional action.
The Rams opened up scoring in the first half at the 33rd minute, but Julian Freas tied the game at one on an assist from Michael Tanke at the 31st minute. Unfortunately, that was the only goal the Vikes saw for the rest of the contest.

Niles had 12 saves and seven shots on goal, while South Haven had four saves and 18 shots on goal.
