The Dowagiac Conservation Club will offer a free hunter safety class next month.

Registration for the three-day course will take place from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 27 inside the club, which is located two miles north of Dowagiac on M-51 N. A birth certificate is required for all registrants.

The three courses take place on from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 7 and Friday, Feb. 8, and from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 9. Attendance at all three meetings is required in order to receive a hunter safety card.
