BRIDGMAN — Host Bridgman limited Brandywine to just 11 hits in the day in sweeping a BCS West Division softball doubleheader from the Bobcats Friday.

The Bees won the first game 7-2 and then completed the sweep with a 10-3 win in the nightcap.

Breanna Riggenbach tossed a four-hitter in the opening game for Bridgman. Hannah Hadden took the loss for Brandywine.

Ashley Crowder scattered seven hits in the second game to earn the victory for the Bees. Morgan Crocker suffered the loss for the Bobcats.
