What has been one of your biggest disappointments as an athlete?
CT: Losing by one point in the state semifinals for wrestling.
What has been one of your greatest accomplishments as an athlete?
CT: Still waiting.
What has been a hardship in your life?
CT: Not being as good as I could be or wanted to be.
Who is a “hero” in your life and why?
CT: My dad. He’s there for anything I need in life no matter what it is.
When are you the most nervous while you are competing?
CT: Right before the game starts.
Describe an embarrassing athletic moment.
CT: Running onto the field with my helmet on.
How do you tend to workout/train when by yourself?
CT: With my twin brother.
What other sport would you like to compete in if you were not playing yours?
CT: Golf.
Who would you say is your “biggest fan?” Why?
CT: My dad. I can’t remember him missing a game.
How would you give away $50,000?
CT: I would give it to Niles athletics.
If you could be the head coach of a team for a year, what team would you choose?
CT: Michigan football.
If I did not play sports, I would…?
CT: Be a couch potato.
What is the most challenging thing for you to do in your sport?
CT: Practice.
If you could change one rule about your sport, what would it be?
CT: No walks unless you are hit by a pitch.
What is the best compliment you have ever received?
CT: Still waiting.
What was the scariest thing you have had to do? Are you glad you did it?
CT: Rode a bull. I’m kind of glad I did because I always wanted to.
What was the last thing you saw someone do that really impressed you?
CT: Buddy Cody Glick catching a 7 1/2-pound large mouth bass.
What is your favorite hobby? Why?
CT: Hunting and fishing, It is where I feel the most free.
