John De Souza, president of Cressy & Everett Real Estate, and Sue Cox, vice president of sales announced Wednesday that Julie Capron has accepted the position of Branch Manager of the Niles office located at 1439 Oak Street, Niles effective April 10.

“Julie’s energy, 15 years experience in real estate, and strong community ties in Niles, are unique assets she brings to her new role.” De Souza said. “As our new branch manager in Niles, she will expand our team of sales professionals while helping us to maintain our 98 percent customer

satisfaction rate.”

Julie earned a BS degree in paralegal studies real estate law and business law from Kaplan University in Chicago. She is a licensed realtor in Michigan and has been listing and selling real estate since 1999. Julie will continue to assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, in addition to managing the Niles branch office.
