DELTON — The Dowagiac wrestling team finished second at the Delton-Kellogg Invitational Saturday.

The Chieftains defeated Allegan B 57-15, Hopkins 42-20, Iona 46-36 and Kelloggsville 60-16 before falling to host Delton-Kellogg 57-9.

Tristan Howard went 5-0 on the day and is now 10-0 overall.

Posting 4-1 records for the Chieftains were Shawn Sirk, Aubrey Huston, Scott Hassle, Tom Smith, Troy Ring, Caleb Sands, Jacob Nolke and Seth Fear.
