The Edwardsburg varsity volleyball team defeated Berrien Springs, 15-3, 5-15, 15-8 and 15-10 in Lakeland Conference action on Jan. 14.
The Lady Eddies are now 8-2-3 overall heading into Wednesday night's match against host Buchanan.
Kate Habicht led the Lady Eddies with 16 points, 10 kills and 25 digs. Edwardsburg also got nine points, two aces, 12 kills, four blocks and eight digs from Jessica Rafalski.
Sarah Lange finished with 24 assists, seven points, nine kills and 18 digs, while Shelley Roberts contributed seven points, once ace, three kills and 12 digs.
Jessica Shotwell finished with six points, four kills, three blocks and five digs. Shana Stoops finished with five points, one ace, five kills and eight digs.
Cass wrestling
The Cassopolis varsity wrestling team was defeated by Buchanan last Thursday, 52-18.
Picking up wins for the Rangers were John McCoy at 119-pounds, Justin Tucker at 125-pounds, Zach Duebner at 130-pounds and Joe Sobieski at 152-pounds.
