Looking to get your Irish on this weekend, but don’t want to travel far?

Massimo’s Backside Bar, 20 E. Main St., Niles, has you covered.

The new sports bar, which opened in December behind Massimo’s Pizza, is hosting a St. Patrick’s Day Tent Party Friday.

The tent opens at 5 p.m. There is a $5 cover charge.

Local band Alligator Blackbird is scheduled to perform inside the heated beer tent at around 9 p.m.

Many local brews will be available, including Saugatuck, White Flame and Round Barn. An Irish-themed green beer will be available as well.
