Vikes JV baseball team on fire

NILES - NIles' JV basbeall team picked up two huge wins against Benton Harbor Tuesday winning the first game 10-3 and picking up a 22 run win in the second game, 23-1.
Dustin Anderson was the winning pitcher in the first game for Niles and added a double and a RBI on offense.
Keith Bouwkamp had a single and a RBI for the Vikes, Tim Hardy had a triple and a RBI, Bobby Anton had three singles and two RBIs, Kevin Ostrowski had two singles, Josh Beers added two doubles and a RBI, Eric Fredline and Drew Donohue each added a double and Matt Colburn had a single for Niles.
The bats got even hotter for the Vikes in the second game as the Vikes had a combined 10 singles, five doubles, three triples, a home run and 15 RBIs,
Bouwkamp slammed the home run for the Vikes and added a single and a double, Beers had a double and a triple, Anton had two singles, a double, a triple and four RBIs, Anderson had two singles, a triple and three RBIs, Donohue added two singles, a double and four RBIs.
Stephen Banicki had a double, Hardy had a single and a RBI, Ostrowski, who picked up the pitching win, also added a single and a RBI and Jamie Hall had a single and two RBIs for Niles.
The Vikes are now 27-3 on the season.
