Olfactory Hue Bistro, located in the heart of downtown Niles, announces big changes for the growing downtown restaurant. Beginning Sept. 1, the recently opened restaurant is expanding to offer dinner three days a week to its customers.

The bistro officially opened May 3. Olfactory Hue Bistro’s new hours will be 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.  The restaurant will remain closed Sundays.

Olfactory Hue has been well-received by the community, including being nominated for Leader Publications’ Best of Michiana awards in three categories: Best Burger, Best Restaurant and Best Vegetarian Restaurant.

Along with extended hours, Olfactory Hue is rolling out an updated menu.
featuring more dinner options and a wider variety of sandwiches and salads.

Olfactory Hue offers weekly specials and a family-friendly environment, including a kids’ play area.
