City of residence: Niles
Occupation: Owner of Pizza Transit
Where are you from originally? Born in Lansing and moved to the area at age 5 when my dad opened Pizza Transit
To what organizations do you belong? Four Flags Area Chamber of Commerce
Education: Graduate of Buchanan High School with some college
If you weren’t doing what you do, what would you be doing? I’d work with animals. I am very passionate about rescue animals and would love to help them find homes and educate people on the benefits of adopting their pets.
If you had a million dollars, what would you do with it? I would take my family on a trip around the world. They all help me so much and have made sacrifices for me to follow my dream, and I’d love to repay that.
What’s something most people don’t know about you? That I am an avid runner
Favorite food? Pizza, of course! The possibilities are endless with pizza. Whatever your favorite food is, I can probably make an awesome pizza version of it.
Last book you read? I am reading the “Game of Thrones” series now. Love the show!
Favorite TV show? “True Blood,” but I’m also addicted to “Restaurant Impossible” on the Food Network.
Where would you go on your dream vacation? I’d love to see Germany. My dad always wanted to go there and lost his battle with cancer before he ever lived that dream. I think Germany looks amazing, and I know he’d be happy if one of us made it there.
Pet peeve? When people say “um.” Drives me bonkers.
Best advice you ever got and who gave it to you? My mother-in-law told me that I would be successful in anything I try to do. It’s hard to find failure when someone has that kind of faith in you.
What would you want on you tombstone? Nothing is gone that lives in your heart.
