The 10th annual Niles Bluegrass Festival is Thursday through Sunday at the Riverfront Park Amphitheater in downtown Niles. The free festival features two stages and Skerbeck Carnival Rides.

Festival hours are 4 to 11 p.m. Thursday; 3 to 11:30 p.m. Friday; 10 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
