To the editor:

On behalf of the Better Roads for Cass County Committee, I would like to thank all those citizens who took the time to vote on the Cass County road millage proposal.
More than 50 formal meetings were held, 6,000 brochures distributed, 830 hours volunteered and almost 5,000 miles driven to tell the story of reduced road maintenance funding predicament.
The voters have spoken and the Cass County Road Commission shall plan accordingly.
