Buchanan soccer team gets the best of Cass

Buchanan outshot Cassopolis 32-1 Thursday afternoon as the Bucks hosted the Rangers in Lakeland soccer action coming away with a 3-0 win.
Buchanan riddled the Ranger net with shots throughout the opening 40 minutes, 17 in the first half, but couldn't finish off the play with a goal as the two teams stayed deadlocked at zero.
The Bucks continued to work on the team play of passing working the ball to the goal.
In the 51st minute Ryan Catalano got the touch and got the Bucks on the scoreboard.
Just over a minute later Tony Payne took the pass and headed the ball past the Ranger goalie Brandon Fitzimons for the 2-0 lead.
Buchanan finished the scoring after a flurry of shots in front of the Ranger goal by the Bucks found the back of the net off the foot of Paul Kidd in the 74th minute.
The Rangers lone shot on goal came late in the game with Tyler Knisely making the save.
