The Cassopolis boys' cross country team defeated Covert on Monday, 17-25 at Dowagiac Middle School.
The Rangers were led by Cal Pompey's winning time of 22:25. Shaun Harrington finished with a time of 23:55) while Nate Ciesiolka (24:14) and Prescott Dole (24:55) rounded out the Cass finishers.
Any junior or senior high students interested in running cross country this fall, including any students interested in preseason conditioning for winter sports, should contact coach Stan Przybysz.
