While Brandywine would love to win its third game in a row Friday night, the Bobcats know it will be a monumental task.
Brandywine (2-4) faces undefeated Berrien Springs at home. Not only are the Shamrocks undefeated, but they have dominated their opponents, outscoring them 230-20.
Bobcats head coach Terry Borr said Berrien Springs is one of the top two teams in the Lakeland conference, along with Buchanan. Brandywine lost 62-12 to Buchanan on Sept. 17.
Borr said his team will have to control the football to slow down the Shamrocks. He said he'll have to wait and see how Berrien Springs plays on defense to decide his plan of attack.
Borr said Brandywine did a good job of controlling the football in its final drive last week against Bridgman. The Bobcats put together an eight minute drive that culminated in the game-winning touchdown with four seconds left in the game.
