Penn meth lab located after disturbance call

Cass County Drug Enforcement Team announces that on Wednesday, July 6, an active methamphetamine lab was located at a residence in the 60000 block of White Temple Road.
CCDET investigators and Cass County road patrol sheriff’s deputies responded to a disturbance call at a residence.
Once there, detectives located methamphetamine, meth components, burned meth materialand an active meth lab.
Police located one adult male and one adult female subject at the property.
A search of the premises revealed several meth-related items, including an active one- pot-style meth lab.
A hazardous materials clean-up company was called to the scene by police to discard the meth lab.
The two adult subjects were arrested at the scene for manufacturing methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, production of hazardous waste and maintaining a drug house.
Both subjects were lodged at the Cass County Jail for the alleged offenses.
This matter remains under investigation.
