NILES - There are still two days remaining to cast your vote for the second annual Leader Publications Best of the Best 2004 Readers Choice Awards.
The contest will wrap up at 5 p.m. on Friday.
So far, more than 2,300 ballots have been cast in this year's contest.
In 2003, more than 2,200 votes were cast.
Ballots have been appearing in the Cassopolis Vigilant, Dowagiac Daily News, Edwardsburg Argus, Niles Daily Star and the Leader for the past two weeks. That means ballots are available to more than 100,000 readers.
One lucky reader, who casts a ballot, will win $100 in a random drawing.
Ballots must be filled out with a name, address and telephone number to be entered into the drawing.
Extra ballots are available at both Leader Publication offices, the Dowagiac Daily News at 205 Spaulding St., Dowagiac or the Niles Daily Star, 217 N. 4th St., Niles.
The addition with the winners will appear in the Cassopolis Vigilant, Dowagiac Daily News, Edwardsburg Argus and Niles Daily Star on Aug. 26.
Extra copies will be available for sale at either office.
