Southwestern Michigan College Percussion Ensemble presents its debut concert on Saturday, Dec. 5, at 7:30 p.m. in the theater of the Dale A. Lyons Building on the Dowagiac campus.

The concert will feature SMC students, alumni and staff playing a wide variety of percussion music, with works by Tito Puente, Gloria Estefan and Lynn Glassock.
The 11-member ensemble is under the direction of SMC percussion instructor Randal Ripley.
