William “Wil” Hodges has joined Borgess Lee Medical Group as its new director of community clinics.

In this role, he will oversee operations of Borgess Lee Medical Group’s practices in Dowagiac and Cassopolis, including the Adult and Pediatric Walk-In Clinics, as well as Borgess Lee Bone & Joint and Borgess Lee Cardiology.

“We are thrilled that Wil has become part of the Borgess-Lee family,” said Joy Strand, administrator and chief operating officer, Borgess-Lee Memorial Hospital.

“His expertise will help us continue to offer Cass County residents comprehensive pediatric, family practice, internal medicine and outpatient surgery services, and specialized orthopaedic and cardiac care.”

Hodges received a bachelor of science in organizational leadership and supervision from Purdue University and is completing a master of business administration with a specialization in health care administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Most recently, he served as executive director of PrimeCare Physician Network, Goshen Health System, in Goshen, Ind.
