He was also charged with minor damage of property and larceny under $200 for an incident that occurred at Millennium Steak House earlier in the day.
Myers allegedly damaged a fence and took a few cases of beer from an area near the back of the restaurant.
The victim told police that he arrived home last night with his boat hooked up to the back of his pick-up truck.
When he woke up in the morning, he found that someone had unhooked the boat and took it without his permission.
The subject, who made the call, stated that a white male, about six feet tall with a slim build appeared in her backyard.
She said this has been an ongoing problem for the last week. On one occasion the suspect reportedly said the woman's name three times and then fled on foot.
Police officers checked the area, but were unable to locate a suspect.
They were dispatched to the residence again for the same complaint at about 1:28 a.m.
Upon arrival, the police were again unable to locate the suspect.
The woman advised police that the suspect ran north into the alley and then east down the alley.
Upon arrival, officers met with a woman, who thought her son, 15, had been drinking.
The minor was given a preliminary breath test, which resulted in a .08 reading. He was transported to the Niles Police Department and cited for being a minor in consumption of alcohol.
Officers were told that fighting, yelling and glass breaking were reportedly heard coming from the residence.
Upon arrival, they found James Woodrow Morrison, 26, of 1819 S. 15th St., Niles, lying on the floor. He was allegedly very intoxicated.
According to the police report, Morrison was being very belligerent and cursing at everyone who was present.
He was notified that we was being placed under arrest for a probation violation.
Morrison was allegedly being very uncooperative and kept pulling away from officers as they tried to walk him out.
At one point, officers used a Taser EMD weapon to stun Morrison.
The police report states Sarah Marie Hayslip, 18, of 510 S. Third St., Niles, began yelling at police and using profanities.
She was told several times to lower her voice, but did not cooperate.
She was subsequently placed under arrest for disturbing the peace.
