Bobbe Jo's life began on April 12, 1962, in Dowagiac, the daughter of Robert J. and Claire L. (Gawthrope) Weller.
Bobbe Jo, 46, of Edwardsburg, had worked as a home health aide and worked for several RV manufacturers in Indiana.
She passed away at 10:40 a.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2009, at Rose Arbor Hospice in Kalamazoo.
Her family includes: her daughters, Brooke Weller of Dowagiac and Melissa Tabbert of Niles; grandchildren, Makenzie Weller, Marissa Smith, Sky Johnson and Riley Weller; sisters, Roseanne Solomon of Dowagiac, Debbie Karnes of Dowagiac, Mary Ann Penwell of Buchanan and Christy Valodic of Benton Harbor; one brother, Johnny Weller of Dowagiac; several nieces and nephews; and her companion, Jeff Schilke.
Bobbe Jo's memorial service will be on Saturday March 21, at 1 p.m. at First Church of God, 708 S. George St., Decatur, led by Pastor Mike Heflin.
