The end of the first marking period for all Brandywine Community Schools is Friday, Nov. 5, 2010. There will be a half day of school for all students in grades K-12, including alternative and adult education students.

Parent/Teacher conferences are planned for Nov. 10 and 11 and will follow the schedule listed below. There will be a half day of school for all students on Nov. 11 and 12. Please contact your building principal’s office if you have questions.

• Friday, Nov. 5, 2010 is the end of the marking period — half day of school for all students in grades K-12, including alternative and adult education program.
• AM Kindergarten students only — conferences are: Monday, Nov. 8: 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, Nov. 9: 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
• Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010: Full day of school for all students, including alternative and adult education program.

Conferences:
• Middle/Senior High School from 5 to 8 p.m.
• Brandywine Elementary and Merritt Elementary Schools from 5 to 8 p.m.

• Thursday, Nov. 11, 2010 — half day of school for all students in grades K-12, including alternative and adult education program.

Conferences:
• Middle/Senior High School from noon to 3 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m.
• Brandywine Elementary and Merritt Elementary Schools from 12:45 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m.
• Alternative and adult education program from noon to 3 p.m. and 4 to 7  p.m.

• Friday, Nov. 12, 2010: — half day of school for all students and staff, including alternative and adult education program. No conferences.
